    Correction: Items should be 41°F or below. Check refrigeration. Data logger will be placed in the unit.

    Observation: Observed food debris on the can opener and on the shelves in the pizza make area.. Also, oil observed on the shelves where pizza dough containers are stored.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.
