    Observation: Observed an employee using their cell phone then returned to the sandwich/soup line and started putting on gloves. Manager was informed and she told the employee to wash their hands. Employee did not wash hands but continued putting on gloves.
    Correction: Hands must be washed after they have been contaminated and before putting on gloves. Corrected by manager talking to the employee.
