10:30AM - Investigation at the facility. 1 of 3 fryers was involved. Suppression system was not activated. Fire was contained in 1 fryer - no residual smoke or extinguishing materials were found in the facility. There was no food exposed to potential contamination. There was no interruption of power. PIC agreed to dump/discard oil in adjacent (2) fryers and clean the fryers before filing with new oil.
