    Observation: Found raw ribs over cooked potato soup and Salisbury steak on trays placed on shelves over sliced onions and produce used for salads.
    Correction: All raw food is to be stored below cooked and ready to eat foods. All food products were moved into correct storage.

    Observation: Found bags of food which were removed from breakfast buffet in water at 70 degrees after three hours cooling.
    Correction: All food in cooling process to be less than 70 degrees in two hours. Please cool food rapidly. (all food was re-iced).

    Observation: Found no soap at the handsinks along the service counter and at end of cook line.
    Correction: Employees need soap and towels to wash hands. (Kitchen handsink had supplies). Please check dispensers to see that they are always full.
