Observation: Found liquid eggs in walk-in at 46 degrees and Canadian bacon at 51 degrees.
Correction: Cold hold foods are to be 41 degrees or less. Please store products at 41 degrees or less. Products were out of temperature 20-30 minutes and were flash cooled in freezer to 40 degrees in 15 minutes.
