Handwashing, and dishwashing, facilities were being maintained properly. No food temperature problems were observed.
- Physical Facilities in Good Repair
Observation: There are several floor tiles missing in front of, and inside, the mopsink area.
Correction: These "missing" tiles and surrounding grout, need to be put back in place.

Dishwashing facilities were being maintained properly. No food temperature problems were observed.
- Nonfood Contact Surfaces (corrected on site) (repeated violation)
Observation: The tan movable plastic cart on wheels, in the kitchen area, near the food prep sink, has rough, non-cleanable surfaces on the top working surface of the cart. These areas, where the top surface has melted, from contact with hot pans, are no longer cleanable at the bacterial level.
Correction: All surfaces need to be smooth and easily cleanable. This cart is "worn out" and needs to be replaced. We suggest switching to a metal cart.
- Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
Observation: The water stream is too strong-difficult to control- at the handwashing sink, at the drive-in window- this faucet needs adjusment-so as to make it easier to use this handsink for handwashing. Also, this handwashing sink basin is loose from the mounting base, below.
Correction: We require that all handwashing sinks be maintained in good repair, and be"user friendly" for handwashing, at all times. The handles, associated with this handsink, need to be adjusted so that water stream is not so strong, when one attempts to use this handwashing sink for handwashing. Also, the mounting of the faucet assembly needs to be made more secure. We need to do everything possible to encourage frequent, and whenever necessary, handwashing. These adjustments need to be made as soon as possible.

Observation: The tan movable plastic cart on wheels, in the kitchen area, near the food prep sink, has rough surfaces on the top working surface of the cart. These areas of this cart are no longer easily cleanable at the bacterial level.This plastic cart is "worn out" from long-term use.
Correction: All surfaces need to be smooth and easily cleanable. The top working surface of this cart has worn through completely, leaving "holes" and rough exposed areas-areas that are not cleanable. This cart needs to be removed from the operation. Replace using a newer cart that is smooth and easily cleanable.
