    Observation: Wall or wall covering in is not smooth and easily cleanable. Several areas of wall in disrepair throughout.
    Correction: Repair or replace wall or wall covering to make it smooth and easily cleanable.

Note: Facility still noted having many maintenance issues. Failure to repair/correct issues may result in non-renewal of permit. In such case, a permit to operate would not be issued until maintenance issues are satisfactorily corrected.
  • Handwashing Cleanser - Availability (corrected on site)
    Observation: Soap was not provided at either hand wash sink.
    Correction: Hand soap must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing. Hand cleanser must always be present to aid in reducing microorganisms and particulate matter found on hands.
