Employee health policy posted - good - please review with all staff. Food thermometers locate/obtain and calibrate to +/-2°F prior to first event. Provided handouts for review. Finish cleaning cobwebs out of stand, discard and disposable items (plates, gloves) that were not sealed and kept clean over the winter. Recommend scrub and seal cinder block wall prior to installing cabinet. Next inspection to be conducted with EHS and ULYF representative.
