No critical violations. Construction items from previous report have been corrected. Three compartment sink has been set up by vendor, however, PIC sets up sink in opposite direction. I recommend getting vendor to correct now. It makes more sense to set it up as PIC prefers to use it. Also provide test kit for sanitizer. Monitor handwashing of new worker in dishroom. Dumpster has been moved from intended location to the back door of kitchen. This is not the best location for a dumpster. Consider putting it back where it was designed to be on your initial plans for facility. Spoke to custodian about relocating Zamboni. Washmachine is not working. Have repaired or remove. Time control is being used for a set of foods. You may want to add the salads that you put on the line since they are also difficult to keep cold and you discard after lunch. No critical violations. Permit issued.
