| - Install soap and towel dispensers in the staff bathrooms. Mr. Chandler said ECO Lab will be installing dispensers. - Have technicians adjust refrigeration equipment to prevent them from going into defrost mode during times the kitchen staff will be using them to prevent issues with food being out of temperature. The kitchen is satisfactory for permitting. Another inspection will be done with The Village at Orchard Ridge staff right before the facility starts serving clients. | Remove soap, towel dispensers, and sign from the Prep Sink. Set hand sinks at 100 degrees. Turn on refrigeration equipment (Refrigerators set at 36-38 degrees, Freezers 10 to -10 degrees) The dish machine appears to be a high heat sanitizing unit. Have the service company set up the machine so that it reaches the 150 degree wash and the 180 degree rinse. Add a mop rack in the utility closet where the mop sink is for mops to properly hang to dry. Add a sign in the employee bathroom that employees must wash hands before returning to work.
