    Observation: Plastic cups stacked wet at bar.
    Correction: Items must be allowed to drain and air-dry before being stacked or stored to allow evaporation of chemical sanitizer and moisture that may encourage microbial growth.

    Observation: Spray bottle not properly labeled.
    Correction: Working containers of toxic items are to be properly labeled with contents. Identification of these containers with the common name of the material helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents.

Spoke with certified food manager concerning grease container located outside near exit door and keeping surrounding area clean. Informed by certified food manager that he is aware of FOG program and information sent in concerning certification. Application left on site for manager to fill out and send in with food permit fee. Refrigeration and product were holding at proper temperatures during inspection. Overall facility is clean and maintained in order. Facility recommended for permit. Once application and fee is processed, Food Permit will be issued.
