Establishment is clean and orderly. Raw shell eggs are present, but only used as an ingredient for baking cakes and cornbread.
  • Plumbing System Maintained in Good Repair
    Observation: Sink drains in the 3 Vat sink need proper repair. Observed uncleanable silicon caulk being used to seat drains to the basin.
    Correction: Repair and maintain all plumbing components and fixtures. Properly seat the drains to the basins per building code to allow for a smooth easily cleanable surface.
