This visit is to inspect the new storage shed installed behind the building. The dry storage add on is for disposable cups, napkins, and utensils. The unit has its own flooring and shielded lights. The manager stated that a dry storage for paper goods and disposable containers will be installed at the back of the building. Submit a plan review to our office before installing the unit. *Breakfast is now being offered and storage space is not enough. The back of the kitchen is cramp.Provide 36 inches spaces in front of each units. *Send the menu for breakfast.

The 2 doors Delfield units installed has no room to open the other door. 1). One door of the unit is blocked by floor mop sink. 2). The other unit is wedged on the corner and can't open the door.

Please note the following items: 1) Remind employees that if they have drinks in the back they must have lids and straws and be stored in approved locations. 2) Do not stack containers/utensils until they are completely dry (no dry nesting). 3) Good hand washing observed by staff. 4) Good hot and cold holding temperatures observed.

This visit was made to conduct a pre-opening inspection. The following items shall be corrected within 10 days: 1. Seal all counter mounted equipment to counter surrounding it. 2. Prep unit not cooling properly. Do not use until unit is operating at 41F or less. 3. 2 door cooler not operating properly. Do not use until unit is operating properly (41F or less). 4. Clean all equipment, floors, etc. before using. 5. Provide copy of agreement w/Wendy's for the shared use of dumpsters. Approved to oerate. OK to issue C/O/ Recommend issuance of Health Dept. permit. Some equipment will need to be removed to maintain 3 foot clearance. The facility still needs to complete several items (power company did not come when they were supposed to).
