- Monitor the Delfield refrigerator. It was observed holding food at the maximum cold holding temperature of 41 degrees.
- Clean the can opener.

    Observation: Bacon and hamburger cold holding at improper temperatures

    Observation: The hood above the grill noted in need of cleaning. The fire service tag is out of date also.
