| -Paint or remove the wood shelf holding the dish machine chemicals. -Provide refrigerator thermometers in all refrigerators that were missing them or were broken. -Raise the black shelf of the floor 6 inches so it can be cleaned underneath. -Install wall plug cover in the back kitchen. -Add a hand washing sink in the front kitchen. -Install the towel dispenser for the hand sink in the back kitchen. -Provide cooking thermometers that read 0 degrees to 220 degrees for checking hot and cold temperatures. -Make sure to label all prepared foods in the refrigerators with a date so that everyone know it is to be used or discarded at the end of 7 days. -Provide a "Employees Must Wash Hands" sign in the employees bathroom and hand washing sink only signs at the hand washing sinks.
