While i was sitting down a lady had a broom and her other tool she was sweeping around me without asking first. I know for a fact you always should wait until the customer is done and gets up. Customers, dinning room and every thing last comes into a matter when working in a restaurant. My steak and cheese was dry it felt like no mayonnaise was on it. I usually get this sub at a different place but i want it here today. The employees didn't say welcome to subway or say something. I told them what i wanted and that was the end the conversation. Plus the tables were not clean. With me being a certified manager i think this place needs a cleaning job.
