The purpose of this visit is to conduct a risk factor assessment. Thank you. During this visit it was observed that a new waterheater has replaced the AO Smith BT-100, 75000btu's. The current water heater is a State SBT10075NE, BTU 75000 . Provide a cut sheet/spec sheet for the current waterheater within 10 days so that the file can be updated. In the future, do not make any equipment changes unless you have prior approval from the health department.
