The purpose of this visit is a risk factor assessment. Thermometers calibrated 32F ice bath. Separate area for dented cans in dry storage. 1 can observed dented in the dented can area (thank you). Thank you for your time. Note: Per manager the quarternary ammonium must be manually adjusted to proper strength as is dispenses at a higher strength than the approved 200ppm. The quarternary ammonium was tested by the manager and tested at 200ppm. Thank you. If you have any questions, please call the health department.
