Observation: The Person in Charge (PIC) has a valid certificate of successful completion of an accredited Certified Food Manager (CFM) exam, but does not possess the Northern Virginia CFM card. Manager has SERV SAFE card and must obtain Northern Va.FPM card within 10 days.
Correction: Obtain a Northern Virginia CFM card from ORS Interactive, Inc. within 10 business days. A copy of the Northern Virginia CFM card can be faxed to the Environmental Health Division at 703.746.4919. Failure to provide a copy of the photo identification card may result in further enforcement action.
- Food Storage / Exposed to Splash, Dust, etc. (corrected on site)
Observation: Food stored in a location where it is subject to splash, dust or other contamination as follows: fruits displayed outside did not have overhead coverage (moved under tent)
Correction: Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food where it is not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination.
- Sanitizer Test Kit Required (corrected on site)
Observation: There is no test kit located in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions (using quat tablets) some stirps provided during inspection
Correction: A BLEACH / QUATERNARY AMMONIUM COMPOUND / IODINE test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in ppm (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.

Observation: utensils outside were found handled, displayed or dispensed with the food or lip-contact surface facing upward.
Correction: Single-service items and cleaned/sanitized utensils shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of food and lip contact surfaces are prevented.
- Handwashing Sink / Accessible at All Times (corrected on site)
Observation: When weather permits a tent is set up outside and food is distributed there. No handsink was available at beginning of inspection. Temporary handsink set-up during inspection.
Correction: A hand washing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.

Lunch is served outside or upstairs. Staff dispenses the food to campers. Sneeze guards are provided.
