    Observation: Milk and Half and Half (37°F) cold holding at improper temperatures in the single door reach in refrigeration unit.
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below. The thermostat may require adjustment to keep the temperature low enough to properly cold hold at 41°F, or lower.
