The owner of this McDonald’s obviously has not been on site for a very long time. We witnessed a fight involving employees Friday night (10/20/23) profanity was loudly being used- mainly by the employee that decided to just quit her job and walk home. The staff was obviously overwhelmed- not sure if they are not properly trained or very short staffed. This was a Friday night dinner rush on homecoming week for W&M.
It took 40 minutes for get our 2 ice cream cones we ordered at the kiosk - and had already paid for .

This is not our first bad experience at this McDonald’s- but it is our last . We will not return and it’s a shame to have such a great location, close to Colonial Williamsburg- and the structure is beautiful.
This poorly run business is completely the fault of the owner of this franchise.
Show up and train your employees and pay them- teach them to respect each other along with the customers.
There is a reason chick-fil-A is doing so well- they have proper numbers of staff and are polite .

I will miss McDonald’s- it was my first job- 40 years ago…. I learned a great work ethic there . Bring that training back-
