    Observation: Several houseflies were noted in the customer seating area in the establishment
    Correction: Provide pest control to eliminate harborage condition and existence of pest in the facility.

A complaint was received stating that the facility had dirty floor with abundance of flies. During the inspection several houseflies were noted in customer seating area, food service area and in hallway to the restroom. Provide pest control services to eliminate harborage condition and pest in the facility.
Manager on duty was aware of the issue and complaint. As per the operator they are working with pest control company to eliminate the flies and their harborage conditions.

    Observation: Cold holding at improper temperatures in that milk and half and half registered at 44-48 degrees F in low boy refrigerators in front coffee prep area. Said milk had been left on counter longer and had been frequently used during busy hour.
    Correction: Operator voluntarily placed said milk in unit holding at <41 degrees F.
  • Hand Drying Provision (corrected on site)
    Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing lavatory in front coffee prep area.
    Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials. Operator voluntarily provided paper towel in said handwashing facility.
