    Observation: No visible thermometers in low boy coolers.

    Correction: Keep hand sinks clear for use at all times. Hand sinks are for handwashing only.

Post no-smoking sign. 30 ft candles of light at prep unit, dark at front line coffee area - provide more light (at least 50 ft candles in prep area). Damaged floor tile in kitchen - repair. Provide sanitizer test strips. Paint or seal particle board at front bar. Provide covered trash in women's restroom. Provide a consumer advisory on menu for items served raw or undercooked (eggs, lox, raw egg Caesar, etc). Clean & sanitize all wares and surfaces prior to use. Post handwash signs at all hand sinks. Chefs have ServSafe - provide a copy of certificates. Permit issued. Ok to operate.
