    Observation: Observed the lights directly above the food on the prep line were not shielded.

    Observation: Observed dust on the ceiling around heat vents and grease on the floor around the fryer.

Risk factors were corrected during inspection. Let staff know about not overfilling containers on line. Permit may be reissued. Employee health policy was posted. Beverage Air small refrigerator had an elevated air temperature. However, temp log indicated no problems.

    Observation: Pans inside make table were over filled. Elevated temperatures observed of deli meat (43.5-45 F)
    Correction: Do not over fill. Amount was decreased.

    Observation: Fryer wheels found greasy.
    Correction: Clean.

    Observation: Floor under electrical panels surrounding conduit has debris.

    Observation: Container of all purpose cleaner was not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items. Spray bottle found with single service items.
