Overall, substantial compliance with the Virginia Food Regulations was observed on this date. Employees are knowledgeable about food temperatures, cleaning / sanitizing food contact surfaces, proper use of time as control and employees were observed washing their hands as needed. .During the inspection we discussed employee health with the person in charge, proper cleaning methods, and food temperatures.
