Follow-up inspection conducted to evaluate pre-opening observations. All noted described remarks from pre-opening inspection on April 15, 2015 have all been addressed and corrected. Facility Sabai is approved to operate pending final C.O. approval from the City of Richmond.

New facility pre-opening inspection, noted walk-in refrigerator, shelving is partially rusted and in need of repair or replacement. Can opener blade is rusted and needs replaced. Seals missing at windows in dining area for vector control entry. Install a barrier on front windows to prevent entry of insects. Threshold plate missing at floor juncture at front dining area and entry way to kitchen. Light intensity in kitchen is less than 50 foot-candles. Reads 40 foot-candles. Replace rice cooker gasket/seal and tub, interior rusted, in poor repair.
