No violations observed. We discussed: method for covering foods in prep unit stored overnight (eg, sliced tomatoes)

    Observation: Found raw chicken in prep refrigerator at 51-58 degrees, lid left open, next to chain broiler.
    Correction: Amend practice to maintain <41 degrees, top closed. Note: ice formation indicates refrigeration unit is cold enough. Discarded.

    Observation: Handles on some refrigerated drawers are damaged and longer cleanable.
    Correction: Replace damaged handles.
