  • Critical: Hands - Preventing Contamination from Hands* (corrected on site)
    Observation: Employees observed handling ready-to-eat (RTE) food with their bare hands.
    Correction: Provide suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment to handle RTE food to prevent contamination from hands.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: Two of the lights in the kitchen are not working and there is a broken shield covering the lights over the food prep area.
    Correction: Repair the lights and insure there is adequate light in the kitchen and replace the shield covering the lights over food prep areas. Correct by 8/4/2015.
