    Observation: Several food products were found in the walk-in cooler cold holding at improper temperatures. (46-47 degree Fahrenheit)
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below. Maintenance was called during the inspection.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: The walk-in cooler was observed in a state of disrepair and not holding proper product temperatures.
    Correction: Repair the walk-in cooler so that a product temperature of 41 or below can be maintained at all times.
