    Observation: Observed salami, prosciutto, roast beef, and ham in deli-top refrigerator cold holding at improper temperatures. Coffee creamer was also at improper temperature and sitting out at room temperature.
    Correction: Keep deli-top lid closed as much as possible. Put ice underneath containers if necessary. Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Coffee creamer will now be on a time as a public health control plan instead of using temperature.
