This is a scheduled inspection for this self-contained mobile. Chicken is fried from a raw state on this unit. Operator said the pump was functioning properly today at the job site but it is not functioning at time of inspection. There is no water available at handsink and 3 compartment sink. Operator is voluntarily ceasing food operations from this unit until water (hot and cold) is flowing from these sinks. A temporary option for hand washing and ware washing is not adequate. Operator will contact health department when this has been corrected.
