Site visit. Discussed complaint with Manager/PIC. No employees have reported illness as per employee health policy. Employee health policy is in place. Manager has not received any calls/complaints from public. Facility served 186 pizzas on 11/27 that had 2 toppings

    Correction: Provide a designated area where employees may eat so as not to contaminate exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, and linens, or unwrapped single-service and single-use articles, or other items needing protection.
  • Handwashing Lavatory, Water Temperature, and Flow (corrected on site)
    Observation: No running hot water to handsinks. (hot water heater is off).
    Correction: Make necessary adjustments to valves and lines serving the handsink to provide water of at least 100°F to allow more effective removal of fatty soils encountered in kitchens.
