Flies were noted in kitchen but not in significant numbers. PIC, Jose hasd addressed numerous prevention measures including lighted glue boards provided by 3rd party pest control vendor. Most flies were noted in employee break room. PIC indicates the dining room is a problem area. PIC is handling issue proactively. Observation: Floors in the dry storage, under shelves, under soda boxes, bottom of chemical storage shelf noted in need of cleaning.
Correction: All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.

playground was cleaned by 3rd party earlier today-several areas still needs attention. Walked playground with manager to discuss. Also - no running water at handsink in playground (power is OFF at instant hot water heater)-provide running hot water.
