    Observation: Employee handled dirty wares from dining room table and picked up new order to deliver to a resident.
    Correction: Discussed with PIC who agreed to review the hand wash requirements with the employees.

    Observation: Employee had open drink at work station.
    Correction: Informed employee of the requirement that drinks consumed in work areas must be in covered cup with a straw. Employee discarded drink, washed hands and returned to work.

    Correction: Recaulk these areas. Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.

    Observation: Floor in storage area is not clean (mouse droppings).
    Correction: Clean floor and observe frequently for fresh droppings.

    Observation: Observed water leaking on the dirty side of the dish machine.
    Correction: Repair.

    Observation: Observed debris on the floor next to the Big Dipper in the dish machine area.
