The soda/ice machine have not been removed from the facility. The owner states that it will not be used and is currently listed for sale. The current plan is to purchase ice as needed from the grocery store in the strip mall.
All other items noted during the previous inspection have been corrected.
Provided and trained on employee health policy flowchart. Reviewed Health Department expectations with owners.

No violation noted during this evaluation.
12/21/2015Pre-Opening
Operator plans to remove existing soda machine and ice will need to be reconfigured. Prior to ordering any new equipment provide a cut sheet to EHS for approval and a drawing if the item is to be relocated. (will need backflow prevention and air gap).
Condensate tube from cold top is in poor condition - replace.
Paint missing/damaged in various locations - paint/repaint as needed.
There is a cut out of a piece of floor tile - fill in the hole.
Some FRP trim is melted, FRP trim is missing to the left of the chef base cooler.
Note: some tiles are cracked - be prepared to remove and replace if they become not easily cleanable
A mop hanger is not provided - locate and install.
Grout work is needed at a damaged tile behind the water heater and at the transition to the dry storage room.
There is a strainer in the floor sink at the three vat sink - remove the strainer and obtain and install the correct plumbing fixtures.
Grates/strainers missing or damaged in various location - replace or install as needed.
The built in thermometers at the one door reach in cooler and 2 door reach in freezer are not accurate to +/-3

F - recalibrate/replace as needed
Correct the above items and call for a reinspection
