Correction: Product was put back on the line and cooked to temperatures above 155°F. After the grill heated up properly burgers were cooking properly.

Observation: Observed employee not use blue gloves and fail to change his regular gloves before handling raw frozen burger patties and after touching hat with gloved hands. Employee also leaned over pan of grilled burgers to clean the grill and his shirt came into contact with cooked burgers.
Correction: Change gloves and wash hands between tasks. Only use food contact utensils to touch ready to eat foods.

Observation: Time is not being properly tracked for sandwich items - at 3 p.m., clocks all read 2:30 p.m. and tomatoes were at 70 degrees.
