    Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Potentially hazardous foods/time and temperature control for safety foods (PHF/ TCS foods) shall not be placed into the counter display refrigerator until it can properly cold hold foods at 41°F, or lower.
