This inspection was a risk factor inspection that focused on the 5 risk factors for foodborne illness (food from unapproved sources, inadequate cooking temperatures, inadequate holding temperatures, improper employee health and hygiene, and cross contamination of food and equipment). Good retail practices (GRPs) observed were discussed with operator and/or staff at time of evaluation. Refer to evaluation conducted on 6/4/2014 for repeat good retail practices out of compliance such as lack of chlorine test strips, non-washable ceiling tiles in the kitchen, unwrapped stir sticks, and lack of trash can at the immediate area of the hand sink. Continental breakfast ends at 9:00 am. PIC breaking down bar at time of visit. Observed phf/tcs foods under time as a public health control discarded.
