Observation: small trash cans lacking at the handsinks for the disposal of paper toweling and food service gloves
Correction: provide small trash can in the immediate vicinity of each handsink
- Outer Openings - Protected
Observation: do not open self closing window to fully opened since it will lock in this position and is not self closing
Correction: the window is to close when hand removed from it unless there is an automatic air curtain which will turn on when window open present at the door frame
- Physical Facilities in Good Repair (repeated violation)
Observation: >> wall paper seam seperated and taped to hold in entry vestibule
>> wall board peeling / worn right of microwave table
>> wallboard not secure and corner molding not sealed under panel box at side exit
>>grout erroded fryer line
>> floor tile damaged at are of fryer 3 & 4 front legs
Correction: >> reseal wall paper with wall paper glue ( tape is not approved )
>> restore wall board surface to smooth and easily cleanable right of the microwave table
>> replace wall board or resurface surface to smooth - durable -i at side entry door
>> regrout floor tile as needed to eliminate areas where food and moisture are accumulating in the depressed areas
>> replace damaged floor tile in front fo fryers 3 &4
