Would you eat at a place that recycles water in the dishwasher for a 4 hour shift ?? Would you eat at a place that has no hot water at hand wash stations? Would you eat at a place that does not enforce employee handwashing, glove changes, hair caps and allows long hair and beards in kitchen ?? What about serving meat w visible mold, and meat days old crumbling to the point of being bad...what about soup served out of a plastic bag ?? At room temp ? Because they don't have thermometers..and do not check every 2 hours...beware no health inspections in over 2 years
