The purpose of this visit is a follow-up to check on outstanding violations from your last routine inspection. During inspection, observed proper air-gap at the three vat sink and lights have shield in dry storage closet. In addition, windows were observed closed. If windows are placed into the open position, ensure that they are fully screened. Over the summer break, replace ceiling tiles with the type which is durable, non-absorbant and cleanable in the dry storage closet.

*This existing Culinary Arts Program Kitchen has been inspected and approved for a Health Department Permit. This Inspection Report shall serve as your permit until official permit is delivered to you. *The following items need corrections: 1. The Wash and Rinse Compartments of the Three-Compartment Sink are plumbed directly to the main sewer line. Installation of air-gaps / indirect waste water drain lines are required. You may re-plumb the two compartments' waste water drain lines to drain to the existing open site / floor sink. The correction is requested to be completed within ten (10) days. 2. Install screens on the kitchen openable windows. 3. Install a mop rack at the mop sink. 4. Repair the freezer part of the upright reach-in refrigerator / freezer. *Follow up inspection shall be conducted within ten (10) days.
