This visit was made to conduct a routine food safety evaluation. The person in charge was very helpful and knowledgeable. Food is delivered from Jeffrey's Catering, and a temperature log of the receiving temperature is kept at the establishment. Utensils are sent back to Jeffrey's for cleaning. Facility has a small 3 comp sink used to clean baby spoons and containers kept at facility. Proper manual washing, rinsing, and sanitizing methods are being followed. The following items need to be corrected prior to opening: 1) Install mop rack (on-site). 2) Finish installing ceiling tiles in restroom. -Catered food from Jeffery's.
