This establishment gets food delivered from Jeffrey's, keeps a log of receiving temps, sends serving utensils back to be cleaned, and uses disposable utensils for service. | This visit was made to conduct a routine food safety evaluation. Obtain an up to date Northern VA CFM card within 10 days, and fax or e-mail to me at 703-746-4919 or lydia.zweimiller@vdh.virginia.gov Food is delivered from Jeffrey's, a temperature log is kept on their food calendar, and the temperature is checked when received in the morning, and again before lunch service.Disposable utensils are used, nothing washed in facility.
