    Observation: The pump for the sinks was not working.
    Correction: Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair. Had vendor set up temporary hand wash station. Needs to know how to trouble shoot the sink system.

    Observation: The sign that notifies food employees to wash their hands is not clearly visible.
