There were no priority violations observed during this inspection. Please note: Temperature tapes are needed for the high heat dish machine. One hand sink is being repaired. Rest room stalls are rusted, as well as, the base of the mixer and the chopper. These items can not be properly cleaned. Temperature tapes are also needed for the high heat dish machine. Cooling techniques were discussed with staff and the manager on duty. Good date labeling and record keeping observed. Information was given for the next certified manager recertification class. There is a new manager at the location. During the inspection, hand washing, personal hygiene, no bare hand contact with ready to eat food and employee health was discussed with staff. The Emergency Response Plan was also discussed and signed by the manager. The permit was issued. Thank You.

A new mechanical dish machine has been ordered. The three compartment sink was set-up properly. The QAT sanitizing solution concentration in the three compartment sink was at 200 ppm. (2) The facility was clean and organized.
