Correction: Repair the Milk Box Cooler to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. I

Observation: Wall juncture where heat piping runs through wall is not sealed.(Exposed concrete/gaps around pipe/hole).
Correction: Fix/Seal wall juncture around heat piping extending through wall to kitchen area.(No gaps/holes or exposed concrete only accepable).

Observation: (Concrete, Porous block, Bricks) in kitchen, next to prep table,paint peeling and not sealed to provide a smooth, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable surface.

Correction: Repair the #3 Reachin Freezer to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the #3 Freezer replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.Work order requested from CFM on 9/5/2013.No Food to be stored in freezer until temperature reading correctly below 0*F.
