    Observation: There is no test kit located in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.(Not available for on site inspection/.
    Correction: Obtain a test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level. Note:Provide at a location close to 3 compartment sink area.
  • Equipment and Utensils - Good Repair and Calibration
    Observation: The ambient air temperature gauge on the interior thermometer of the Beverage Air refrigerator is not in good repair and/ or not accurate in the range of use.(Broken Mercury inside of bulb).
    Correction: Repair, replace, and/or maintain the calibration of thermometer for accuracy and function in the intended range of use.
