Walk in has satisfactory temperature. Meatloaf was 38 F. New thermostat/gauge installed.

Downloaded information from data log tag. It appears that the temperature constantly jumps between 38 F and 46 F all day, all night long. I advise you to have service tech check unit and show him the graph of temperatures.

Walk in had marginal temperatures. A data log tag was placed inside walk in. Monitor unit. It may be a good idea to place a refrigerator log on door of unit and have kitchen workers log temperature in AM and PM. Then this unit is not taken for granted by all users. (Log is available for daily use by all clients). New walk in proposed for January.

    Observation: The following were found dirty: top of dishmachine, interior of low boy, stove top drip trays, drawer under microwave counter.
    Correction: Clean.
