Suppliers are Sysco, PFG, and Cavalier Produce. Menu includes hamburgers, hotdogs, sausage, grilled chicken and deli sandwiches. Per PIC all food is fully cooked, hot held, and leftovers are not carried over. Facility not in operation during inspection. Food cooked on the outdoor grill must be carried out in covered containers, cooked with grill cover in place, and taken back inside permitted facility for placing on bun, adding condiments, and any further prep.     Observation: Observed no temperature measuring device located in the front and back True reach in coolers.
    Correction: Recommend providing a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.

Follow up inspection before re opening facility since new addition was built. All corrections made. Recommend storage area for ice scoop. Handwashing signs needed at all handsinks. Test stips needed for sanitizer. Reminder - all food covered when brought from outside cook area to inside and all food prepped inside.
