Critical: Food-Contact Surface in Contact with PHF(TCS) Cleaned Every 4 Hours (corrected on site) Observation: Observed creamer containers located at the self service counter that are not being cleaned at least every 4 hours.
Correction: Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils must be cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours to prevent contamination by bacterial growth. CFM instructed staff to correct.
